The Client Services Department at Knight Diagnostic Laboratories offers customers a convenient, one-stop location for all your inquiries, questions and ordering needs. This department is staffed with long-term, knowledgeable and friendly people who are dedicated to ensuring you receive outstanding service and support.
We are dedicated to doing our part in the successful treatment of your patient. Our Client Service Advocates are available to assist you in all aspects of the testing process. Please call our staff with any inquiries related to test ordering, billing, or obtaining a copy of testing results.

Certifications and Accreditations
The Knight Diagnostic Laboratories are certified through the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). The laboratories are compliant with all applicable state and federal requirements.
